The Garage Drafting Company was built on experience. With more than 20 years drafting homes and garages for national builders, we understand what homeowners, contractors, and inspectors need from a set of plans. Our goal is simple: provide permit-ready garage plans that are accurate, affordable, and easy to build from.
Garages are our specialty. It’s what we focus on every day, and it’s what we do best. Each plan is created in Revit to current IRC standards and includes everything required for confident construction: elevations, floor plans, roof plans, electrical layouts, sections, and material lists. Every drawing is formatted for permit submittal and reviewed with practical, on-site use in mind so you can move forward without delays.
