No. Our plans are professionally drafted but do not include an architect or engineer’s stamp. If your local jurisdiction requires stamped drawings, you’ll need to have them reviewed and stamped by a licensed professional in your area.

Our plans are drawn to International Residential Code (IRC) standards, which are widely accepted across the U.S. In most areas, they are permit-ready as provided. If your permit office requests adjustments, we’ll revise the plans for free. If a licensed stamp or engineering calculations are required, those must be provided by a local professional.

2×4 walls are standard, but you can upgrade to 2×6 walls for an additional cost. RV and Boat Garages always include 2×6 exterior walls because they are required for the extra height and insulation.

The original PDF will still be delivered instantly after purchase, and your modified plan will be emailed within 1–2 business days. For larger modifications, visit our Request a Custom Plan page and we’ll provide a custom quote.
