FAQ
Each plan includes a complete floor plan, four detailed elevations (front, rear, and both sides), a roof plan, an electrical layout, a materials list, and essential architectural details.
Plans are delivered in both PDF (ready for permit submission and printing) and CAD formats (DWG/Revit when purchased as an upgrade), making them easy for contractors and engineers to work with.
Absolutely. Many of our customers request modifications during purchase.
Whether you’d like to adjust door and window placements, change dimensions or roof pitch, or update wall and roof materials, we can make it happen.
Simply provide the details in the "Need a Small Change?" box above.
You’ll still receive plans immediately, and an updated version with your modifications within 1–2 business days.
Our plans are drawn to International Residential Code (IRC) standards, which are widely accepted across the U.S. In most areas, they are permit-ready as provided. If your permit office requests adjustments, we’ll revise the plans for free. If engineering calculations or a licensed stamp are required, those must be provided by a local professional.
